We work side-by-side with the patient community across all areas of our business. This includes addressing global inequities in access to healthcare and increasing scientific exchanges.

Commitment to our science
In 2025, we focused on scientific exchanges with patient advocacy groups (PAGs), increased partnerships on shared policy interests, and improved interactions between patients and our researchers. In addition, we enhanced Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV) engagement with patient organizations, raising awareness of the value of PSPV data and how to support its development.

As part of our work, we address access gaps by continuing to secure equitable access to medicines, building on significant efforts to deliver treatments and vaccines through local humanitarian organizations.
